ScoolBot AI is an AI-powered gamified learning platform designed to assist students, teachers, and parents. The service includes, but is not limited to, an AI Tutor, Writing Assistant, gamified quizzes, and progress-tracking dashboards.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account. Furthermore, we are not responsible for anything that any AI feature says. The content generated by AI is for educational and informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies. It should be used as a learning aid, not as a substitute for professional advice or authoritative information.
In no event shall ScoolBot AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
